Guarantee

We guarantee all cannas will be healthy, of good quality, and true to name. All cannas are quality checked at the time of shipment. If cannas decline during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will be happy to remedy the problem. While we have no control over growing conditions, weather extremes, or neglect, we are eager to help with questions, concerns, advice, and recommendations. A growing guide is included with each order. If cannas are planted according to the directions, and you are not completely satisfied, we will cheerfully replace your order (if cannas are available) or refund your money. Heights are approximate and may vary with soil fertility.

We are not able to guarantee cannas beyond their first growing season. There are too many variables with storage methods and winter temperatures beyond our control. Please contact us during the same season you purchased cannas for any concerns you may have so that we may help you have great cannas.
